Dunnington Parish Councillors are summoned to Dunnington Parish Council Meeting on Monday 14th June 2021 at 7.30pm at Dunnington Sports Club

 

 

1                     FORMALITIES

1.1               Parish Council to receive apologies for absence given in advance of the meeting

2                     EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC

2.1               The Parish Council will resolve to exclude the press and public, from the meeting for any item where the publicity of the matter being prejudicial to the public interest or by reason of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted or for other special reasons

3              PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

Any member of the parish may speak for up to 5 minutes on any matter on the Agenda with the session lasting no more than 20 minutes

5.1          The Parish Council to discuss the plot holders proposals and agree a way forward

5.2          The Parish Council to create a separate Allotment Group and select volunteers to take     part in the Group.

5.3          The Parish Council to agree to involve the plot holders in a review of the Allotment           Terms and Conditions later this year

5.4          Parish Council to consider the request for trees to be planted by allotment holder

5.5          The Parish Council to agree to the cost of replacing the asbestos roof with metal                 cladding on the Green allotment shed and the hire of a skip.
